Punishment of the crime
On August 1, 2013, at around 14:20, the Defendant passed a two-wheeled motor vehicle at approximately 4 km from the red light light in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Red-dong to the road front of 87-1 static-dong, Seongbuk-gu.
