1. Facts of recognition;

The Plaintiff’s objection was defective, and the said court approved the provisional seizure order 70 million won on August 23, 2017 against the Defendant’s third party obligor E with the deposit order of KRW 500 million on the provisional seizure order as the above Seoul Central District Court Decision 20175.75.75
