1. The defendant shall make each of the money stated in the "amount of personal seal" column in the attached Table to the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed Party, respectively.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff (appointed party) and the designated party who made a claim for wages and retirement allowances not paid by the defendant, even though they provided labor as the defendant's worker, shall seek payment of damages for delay from the day following the 14th day after they provided each final labor (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
