Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving PCX 125cc. without a license plate.
On February 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the upper 20:00 on the road, and entered the road at a speed below the speed of speed, from the front of the D Han-si Council member, in front of the D Han-si Council member, on the street.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle without having subscribed to mandatory insurance;
