2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On September 2017, A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A”) entered into a computer system development agreement (i.e., a contract amount of KRW 570,790,00 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) with Nonparty D Co., Ltd. (formerly changed: E Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as “D”) for a contract period of the development of the computer system (i.e., automatic re-construction of medical expenses) and the contract period from October 10, 2017 to October 9, 2018.

B. According to the “project implementation plan” (Evidence A) submitted by A to the Defendant at the time of the conclusion of the said contract, the project for automatically re-building medical expenses is to reorganize the automatic insurance calculation system with separate medical expense reimbursement and non-payment for the purpose of complying with the amendments to the Insurance Business Supervision Regulations and providing customer guidance on the development of products with changes in the product structure of lost medical expenses.

A, on October 10, 2017, the Defendant developed according to the development schedule, including the scope of development required by A between the Defendant and the Defendant. From October 10, 2017 to October 9, 2018, the amount of the contract was set at KRW 7,300,000 per month and the contract was concluded (hereinafter “instant contract”). D.

According to the project implementation plan, the details of the instant development services are as shown in attached Form 1, attached Form 2, and WBS (Work Division Structure, Work Division Structure and Work Division Structure, and Work Division Structure are as listed in attached Table 3).

E. Accordingly, F sent by the Defendant from November 201 to June 2018, 201, was put into operation as the PL of the instant development services.

The place where a project organization, including F, has worked is the first floor of the H Finance Center in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

(f) A around June 25, 2018, the part concerning the calculation of insurance proceeds that F takes charge of around June 25, 2018 is low in 's quality', and implements the requirements.
