Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B-learning passenger car.
On October 6, 2019, at around 01:18, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.163%, and led to driving the vehicle in front of the Young-gu C in Suwon-si along the two-lanes from D to the new shot distance.
In this case, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle, such as taking the front, rear, left and left well, and accurately operating the steering gear.
Nevertheless, the Defendant’s negligence of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, which led to the failure of the Defendant to stop in the front of the driver’s seat in front of the driver’s seat of the Defendant’s car and the blurging part of the FVS car’s FVS driver’s 30 years old driving.

2. Around October 6, 2019, the Defendant was driving a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.163% from a distance of about 500 meters from the G road in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Suwon-si to the front road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the H road in Suwon-si.
