The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendants are served with a duplicate of the complaint, and a simple written reply, without any content disputing the Plaintiff’s dismissal of the claim or the cause of the claim, is presented, without any subsequent written reply, and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, the Plaintiff’s assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
