1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B’s KRW 4,509,789 and as to this, 5% per annum from October 12, 2013 to January 7, 2016.

Reasons

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by adding up the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries in Gap evidence 1, Gap evidence 4, Gap evidence 9, Gap evidence 10, Gap evidence 11, and 15.

1) The Plaintiff is a party to the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggregate Buildings Act”).

Pursuant to section A(hereinafter referred to as the “instant aggregate building”) which is an aggregate building located in the Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2) The defendants are sectional owners of each of the buildings of this case, and the sectional ownership is as follows.
