D On April 9, 2014, the Suwon District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on July 2, 2014.

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders Defendant A operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “O” in Suwon-si Ntel 607, 701, 1213, and 1225, and Defendant C and Defendant B invested approximately KRW 10 million in order to obtain the place of sexual traffic and the place of collection, etc., respectively, and Defendant D play a role in guiding the male sex of sexual traffic, which were found in the said sexual traffic business establishment.

On August 15, 2014, at around 18:40, the Defendants conspired as above, posted a commercial sex acts advertisement on the Internet site P, and arranged commercial sex acts in the same manner from August 15, 2014 to August 15, 2014, by a police officer who pretended to have commercial sex acts south by telephone number R listed on the advertisement, notified the above officetel 1213 by receiving KRW 140,00 from the above police officer, and let Q, a commercial sex offender, enter it.

A, C, and D, as above, conspired on October 22, 2014, posted a commercial sex acts advertisement on the Internet site P around 22:30, and provided guidance to the police officer who pretended to have sexual sex trafficking south by the telephone number specified in the advertisement, received 1.50,00 won from the above police officer, and provided the above officetel 1225, so that he/she may enter the name "T" of a woman engaged in sexual traffic and arrange sexual traffic.
