Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On June 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a DK5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 150 meters from the Do in front of the voltage-gu 66-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro, Seoul-ro, to the front side of the 4-ro of the same month.
