Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 15, 2010, the Defendant: (a) stated the personal information of his father F, who died on October 2, 2010; (b) stated his personal information in his/her name in his/her Dong office located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E/Dong; (c) stated his/her name in his/her agent column in his/her name and held in F.
F's seal impression has been stamped.
Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of “a letter of delegation to issue a certification of seal impression” in the name of F, which is a private document on rights and duties without authority, and used it by submitting it to G who is aware of the forgery at the seat.
2. On November 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) committed a crime related to the registration of transfer of ownership based on the decision to recommend reconciliation (franchising of private documents and exercising the above investigation document) to complete the registration of inheritance in the Busan District Court’s Family Branch of the Busan District Court; (b) pursuant to the decision to recommend reconciliation in the case No. 2010, Oct. 2, 2010, the Defendant: (c) on September 29, 2010, after consultation with the Busan District Court Branch of Family on September 29, 2010, the Defendant: (d) held F’s real estate in the column for indicating real estate in the form of the application for registration, as indicated in paragraph 1 of the attached Table, “The reason for registration and its date; and (d) held the land shares of F in the column for indicating and indicating the heir’s shares; and (d) held the name and personal information of F in the name of F. 7,440/10,200,16,68/1.
F’s seal imprint: (a) under the F’s name, a letter of delegation for an application for registration in the name of F, a private document concerning rights and obligations without authority, was forged; and (b) around November 22, 2010, the Busan District Court issued a letter of delegation for an application for registration, which was forged at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court, through I, submitted to the public official in charge of registration under the name not aware of the forgery.
