1. On May 23, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven a Don-purt Motor Vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.249% around May 23, 2019, and led the roads front of the Don-pur station located in C in the Won-si City with a view to a flow-off distance from E surface.
