On August 28, 2009, the Defendant posted a false statement to the victim D, who reported and contacted this article, stating that “I will sell 700,000,00,000 won of 450D Kagras,” with access to the Internet Nene C website and without intent or ability to sell Kameras.”

The Defendant received 70,000,000 won in total from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant and received 5,150,000 won in total six times as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

On November 4, 2010, the Defendant, “2012 Highest 5170, the Defendant visited the Internet Csite at an irregular place, and the fact was false by posting a letter stating that he sells Not North Korea without any intention or ability to sell Not North Korea, thereby reporting and communicating this article to the victim F.

The Defendant received KRW 90,000 from the victim F to November 10, 2010, a sum of KRW 4070,000,000 from the victim 6 in the name of Nopt North Korea or Canada, as shown in the crime list, from around November 10, 2010.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
