Purport of claim and appeal
The judgment of the first instance.
1. Basic facts
A. On August 27, 2015, the Plaintiff newly constructed the Convention on D Buildings (hereinafter “instant Convention”) in the Plaintiff’s school, announced a public announcement to select a wedding business operator who operates the foregoing Convention at the Convention Center, and finally selected the Defendant as an entrusted business operator.
B. On October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the entrusted operation of the wedding hall (hereinafter “the instant first contract”) with the content that the Defendant operates the wedding hall on the first floor and the first floor above the ground of the instant convention hall (hereinafter “instant wedding hall”).
Specific details are as follows:
Article 2 (Contract Amount) (1) Contract deposit of this Agreement shall consist of 300,000,000 won for rental deposit and 40,000 won for monthly rent.
Article 3 (Period of Entrusted Operation) (1) The period of entrusted operation shall be from March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2021 (five years).
(2) Where a plaintiff or defendant wishes to extend a contract by changing the terms and conditions thereof, the contract may be extended under mutual agreement after giving written notice one month prior to the expiration of the contract term.
Article 4 (Scope of Entrusted Operation) (2) Lease facilities provided by the Plaintiff are as follows:
(Area to be changed). The Corporation shall pay the Defendant for the construction of the interior and interior (including construction, machinery, equipment, electricity, telecommunications, fire fighting) of each room and road (if necessary) of the facility scheduled to be leased, from the 1st floor to the 513th floor above the ground level above the 1st floor above the ground level below the ground level.

C. The instant convention hall was completed on February 15, 2016, and the use on the building ledger was stated as educational and research facilities and provided food and alcoholic beverages to marriage guests under the relevant statutes.
