around 1:05 on May 16, 2019, the Defendant driven an Ichip car without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about about 20 meters from the road located in North-gu G at port to the front of the above H road.

Summary of Evidence

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the vehicle register of driver's licenses, reporting on detection of suspected victims of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the defendant's statutory statement, and vehicle photographs;

1. Relevant Article 152 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act, Article 152 subparagraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act, Article 43 of the Act on the Selection of Punishment for the Crime, and the defendant has a variety of records of punishment for the crime without a license.

On March 11, 2019, the Defendant continued to commit the instant without a license even after driving without a license, and committed the instant crime on May 16, 2019.

This is a crime committed during the grace period after being sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor due to non-license or drunk driving.
