For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime.

Examining in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower judgment did not err by misapprehending the facts as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the establishment of a crime.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
