However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 2010, the Defendant and B planned to commit the crime under the initiative of B with the intention to steal precious metals at the early Scandn House in January 2019, which became aware of life at the Suwon Detention House.

1. Special larceny;

A. On January 5, 2019, the Defendant, along with B on January 5, 2019, discovered 100,000 won in the market price of the victim E, which was set up and set up on the street in Ansan-si, Masan-si, Dasan-si, Dasan-si, Dasan-si, Dasan-si. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with B.

2. At around 04:27 January 10, 2019, the Defendant, along with B, tried to commit special larceny, when the victim J was operated in the Republic of Korea on the part of the victim J of the Republic of Korea on the part of the Republic of Korea on the part of 104:27, the Defendant, after completing his/her business, left the room and went back.
