A. On December 8, 1993, the Plaintiff completed a marriage report with C on December 8, 1993, and has been living married. They have children who were the third year of high school and children who were the second year of universities and colleges.

B. The Defendant, at least from around 2013, became aware of the Plaintiff’s husband, and has maintained the relationship with the Plaintiff and has been teaching.

C. On October 18, 2014, the Defendant her husband D and F hotel located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on October 24, 2014, the Gelto-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on October 31, 2014, and the international hotel located in H in Jungpo-gu, Seoul on November 6, 2014.

The defendant did not meet the contact with C at night, but did not meet the requirements of telephone conversations from time to time, and there were many cases where C met with a new wall time.

바. 피고는 C에게 2015. 1. 11. 23:09에 “너 앤으론 아웃”, 2015. 1. 12. 04:03에 “걍 친구로만 지네자”, 같은 날 04:48에 “식상했음”이라는 메시지를 보냈다.

G. C does not take care of the family after having a non-wheeled relationship with the Defendant, and does not fulfill the duty of support.

2. Determination

(a) A third party who has a liability for damages shall not interfere with a married life falling under the nature of marriage, such as intervening in a marital life of another person and causing a failure of the marital life;

A third party has caused mental pain to a spouse by infringing on a couple's common life corresponding to the essence of marriage or interfering with the maintenance thereof, and infringing on the right as the spouse.
