The defendant is a person who drives B cargo vehicles.

1. Around 17:40 on December 14, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the above cargo vehicle in a state where it is difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle normally from the Cheongcheon-ri side because of the influence of drinking on the Cheongcheon-do, Cheongcheon-do, Cheongcheon-do, Cheongcheon-do.
