1. All appeals filed by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by each party.
The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
A. Of the 28,465 temporary materials of this case, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay rent for three months from June 2012 to August 201 for the remainder 18,162 (hereinafter “the remaining temporary materials of this case”) excluding the remainder 10,303 that was returned to the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff’s assertion regarding the 10,303 temporary materials returned as above is without merit.
