On January 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:10 on the street of the “C cafeteria” located in Seosan City B, on the ground that the water supply tax was not set on the day or on the street of the victim D (55). The Defendant used the kitchen knife (21cm in length on the day blade, 11cm in hand) which is a dangerous object in the kitchen located in his own house, and threatened the Defendant, as they do so.
