Of the facts charged in the instant case, C’s fraud related to mobile phone name D, nominal owner D.

The Defendant worked for G agency in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, from December 2015 to May 2016, 2016, and performed a mobile phone opening, etc.

1. The Defendant forged a private document under the H’s name and displayed a mobile phone without the consent of H with the knowledge that he knows the personal information of H, thereby gathering profits by opening his cell phone without the consent of H.

A. A. Around December 18, 2015, the Defendant stated I in the column of LG Plus subscription application form located in the above “G agency,” the name and date of birth of H in the column of the applicant column, entered “H” in the applicant column, signed the applicant column, and sent the Defendant’s signature to the person in charge of LG Plus, Co., Ltd., Ltd., without knowledge of the circumstance, as if the application form under the name of H was duly concluded.

On December 23, 2015, the Defendant stated the name and date of birth of H in the LG Plus subscription application column, entered the applicant column as “H” in the applicant column, and sent the applicant’s signature to the person in charge of LG Plus, Co., Ltd., Ltd., who is not aware of the fact, as if they were duly constituted a forged application form under the name of H.

On February 25, 2016, the Defendant stated the name and date of birth of H in the LG Plus subscription application form in the fixed column of the LG Plus subscription application form, stated “H” in the applicant column as “H” and sent the application form under the name of H to the person in charge of the LG Plus Co., Ltd., who is unaware of the fact, as if it was duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged three copies of the application for joining the LG Plus mobile phone in the name of the above H, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and exercised them.
