1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from January 1, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Loan based on a monetary loan agreement (interest 2%) dated December 16, 2012, indicating the claim, and a claim for interest or delay damages based on the rate as from January 1, 2014 as agreed upon from January 1, 2014

2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
