1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 30,000,00 and 19% per annum from June 9, 2004 to October 8, 2004.
1. Facts of the cause of claim recognized - The confessions deemed to be confessions (Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
A. The Plaintiff acquired the loan claims and joint and several debt claims of the National Bank against Defendant New Paxex and the Network B through the Korea Asset Management Corporation. The Korea Asset Management Corporation filed a loan claim lawsuit against Defendant New Paxex and the Network B, which was rendered a favorable judgment on November 16, 2004, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 15, 2014.
B. B died on August 7, 2012, and Defendant A succeeded solely to the case.
2. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the money stated in the Disposition No. 1.
