The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is justified in finding the Defendant not guilty of the facts charged in the surrounding and conjunctive charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the acquisition of the means of access under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and the criminal intent

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
