1. The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the real estate stated in the attached list.

Reasons

1. On April 28, 2014, the Plaintiff leased real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as a deposit deposit of KRW 10,983,00, KRW 81,270 per month, and the period of January 31, 2016. Since the Defendant was in arrears from March 2015, the Plaintiff’s lease contract between the Defendant and the Defendant is terminated by the delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint.
