1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 208,00,000 as well as 20% per annum from September 20, 2014 to the day of full payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. From February 17, 2003 to August 14, 2003, the Defendant acquired 280 million won from the Plaintiff as the borrowed money from the Plaintiff.
B. On June 18, 2004, the Plaintiff received an order for compensation for the above 2.8 billion won from the above fraud case against the Defendant (Seoul Southern District Court 2004Dadan1511, 2004 early 994), and the above order for compensation was finalized on August 23, 2004, and filed the instant lawsuit for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim under the above order for compensation.
