The defendant is a married couple on May 11, 2008 between the victim B (the 28 years of age, the female) and the married couple.

1. Violence;

A. On June 2, 2018, around 05:30 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) around 05:30 on June 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as: (b) around 05:30, the Defendant: (c) was not locked from the cell of Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government C apartment D to the new wall time; (d) reported on television; and (e) obstructed the blueing of drinking water in order to remove smell; and (e) was bluening the blue by cutting the blue of the victim

2. 상해 피고인은 2018. 6. 4. 10:00경 제1항의 가항과 같은 장소에서 출근 후 갑자기 집으로 돌아와서 피해자의 외도를 의심하며 피해자의 휴대폰을 빼앗아 내용을 확인하고 "사람을 아래에 불러 놨다. 의심 가는 사람들 다 묻어버리겠다."라는 등의 이유를 알 수 없는 말을 하여 피해자가 자리를 피해 나가려고 하자 흥분하여, 피해자의 목을 감아 씨름을 하듯이 바닥에 3회 매치고, 도망가는 피해자를 따라가 목을 조르고 바닥에 눕혀 얼굴을 수회 때려 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 ‘두피의 표재성 손상/타박상 등’의 상해를 가하였다.
