A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. On June 22, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven by B Cor or a car on June 22, 2020, and proceeded along three-lanes along three-lanes from the offline to the new light shooting distance.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) on June 22, 2020: around 23:20 on June 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant driven a Bco or car while under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling 1733-1 in the vicinity of her movable property and shooting distance; and (b) driving a bco or car on the face; (c) upon receiving a traffic accident report, from June 22, 2020 to June 0:0: from June 23:41, 202 to June 23, 2020 to June 0:0:02.
