3. 피고인은 같은 달 13. 12:04경 위 일시, 장소에서 “너머행”이라고 말을 건 후, 피해자가 “딴사람한테도 이래 ㅜ”라고 답하자 “너가슴크다. 가슴사이즈몇. 빨고싶넹”이라는 문자를 보내고 위와 같은 자위 동영상을 피해자에게 보냈다.
