[Criminal Facts]

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On December 6, 2017, around 23:05, the Defendant: (a) at the second underground parking lot of Hancheon apartment complex 1 located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 361, the Defendant: (b) viewed that the victim M is parked in the victim PuM3 passenger cars owned by YM3, which are being used by the victim M, and opened a door for a driver’s seat that was not locked for the said vehicle; and (c) destroyed the said vehicle by driving the said vehicle using smart key located in the said vehicle.

B. On December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the second floor parking lot of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, 344 gold Round apartment at the second floor; (b) opened a door in which the victim’s Pccoon owned by the parked in that place is not fastened for a sports car; and (c) deducted KRW 800,000 in cash owned by the victim in the auxiliary stone box.

In other words, they stolen them.
