Reasons
1. As a result of examining the grounds for appeal by the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance and the evidence submitted by the parties, the court’s explanation on this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is citing it in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance is just and there is no ground to appeal by the defendants, and all of the appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
