2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party).

A. On June 22, 2012, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) was convicted of a fine of KRW 2 million on September 17, 2014, by the Busan District Court Decision 2013Ma926, Busan District Court Decision 200,000, Sept. 25, 2014, the judgment became final and conclusive on September 25, 2014.

B. 1 The plaintiff is "Defendant B" above.

2) Since then, the Plaintiff filed a complaint against Defendant B on the grounds of assault, injury, or breach of duty on the same date, time, and place as described in the above paragraph (1) above, but the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office dismissed the above case on November 13, 2012.
