Punishment of the crime
[2015 High Court Decision 1579]
1. The Defendant leased the victim C’s land in Busan Metropolitan City D, and constructed and used the second floor steel structure owned by the Defendant on the ground of the above land.
As the term of lease expires on June 2014, the defendant was required to put a store in bad faith because he did not make a contract from the injured party.
