The facts of the cause of the claim and the entry in the briefs do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the pleadings in the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (including paper numbers), so the defendant is obligated to deliver to the plaintiff the real estate in the attached list owned and occupied by the plaintiff within the business area.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
