A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Nevertheless, around March 16, 2012, the Defendants provided another person’s personal information over 18 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2(1), by using G, an e-mail used by Defendant B, which is a national bank account (F) in the name of Defendant A, to sell another person’s personal information and use it for living expenses, using the e-mail used by Defendant B, to purchase and keep the name, telephone number, and address information on the computer.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to divulge another person’s secret processed, stored or transmitted through an information and communications network.

2. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Violation of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc.) shall be knowingly provided with any divulged personal information for profit

Nevertheless, around March 26, 2012, the Defendant provided 36,823 cases of personal information of others eight times in total, including the receipt of e-mail, in the attached Table (2) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “DB.C”) from the name influor who uses e-mail I for the purpose of assisting in the business related to the sale of officetels, with a total of 8742 personal information, including the area of residence, cell phone, general telephone, name, etc. of the e-mailJ used by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant knew of the divulgence of personal information of another person, for profit or illegal.
