A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) is a person engaging in driving a C rocketing car.
On September 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license of around 21:30 on September 30, 2017, and proceeded along one lane in front of the 5-lane intersection in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
At the time, there is a duty of care to safely drive a vehicle by seeing the front, rear, left and right, and observing the signal, since it is night and at the same time a signal is installed.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected his duty at the later time, and neglected to stop after the Defendant’s vehicle due to the negligent negligence, and took the front part of the E rocketing car owned by the Defendant as part of the back of the Defendant’s vehicle owned by the Defendant, and moved the vehicle in order to control the said accident, while moving the vehicle into the opposite lane due to the negligence of the Defendant’s walked on the opposite lane in violation of the signal, and received the front part of GOtoba owned by the same victim as the Defendant’s vehicle in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the Defendant’s vehicle.
As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the said victim F by his occupational negligence to the said victim F, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and caused the said victim F to destroy the said rocketing car with the repair cost of KRW 627,660, and damaged the repair cost of KRW 1,411,500.
2. On September 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving): (a) around 21:30, 2017, on the roads from the front of the Masan-dong, Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul to the front road in the air-line 4 km-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
