At the beginning, the Defendant was thought to have borrowed money from the victim to use it as the purchase price of pine trees for the Defendant’s personal settlement.

The Defendant received 30 million won from the post office account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant from the victim in the name of the money borrowed from the victim.
