Reasons

1. The purport that compulsory execution based on the above payment order shall not be allowed, on the ground that the defendant's claim for the price of goods against the plaintiff, which is the ground for applying for the payment order under Paragraph (1) of the specification of the claim, does not exist due to the expiration of the statute of limitations for three years.
