1. The defendant removes the building indicated in the attached list No. 2 to the plaintiff, and the land indicated in paragraph 1 of the same list.

Reasons

1. Request for removal of a ground building and for delivery of land as a claim for removal of interference based on the ownership of the land bearing the claim;
