1. The Defendant’s KRW 119,729,580 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from April 28, 2012 to December 3, 2014.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
