1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. 2,3730,00 won and July 16, 2015
Reasons
According to the facts without dispute, evidence Nos. 1 through 6, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the facts as stated in the reasons for the claim (However, the term " August 15, 2015" in paragraph (3) is deemed as " July 16, 2015".
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs, and pay the amount of 2,3730,000 won in arrears and 2,970,000 won per month from July 16, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of each real estate.
