On May 11, 2007, the Plaintiff is the representative director of the Co., Ltd. B (hereinafter “B”); and C is the director on the same day; and C is the director on the same day; and its registration is completed on May 14, 2007.

On June 21, 2007, chips CM88S-M, franter 265GSX and 189 units, the trade name was changed to Aju Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Aju Capital Co., Ltd.”), the plaintiff and C, goods price of the plaintiff and C, goods price of 398,00,000,000 won for lease period of 36 months, monthly rent of 3,980,00 won (1-3 times), and 10,64,720 won for 10,64,720 won for the location of installation (4-36 times), D, and 5 stories for the location of installation (hereinafter “the lease contract”), respectively (hereinafter “the lease contract”).

On July 5, 2007, a notary public received a delegation from E to E to delegate the authority to prepare a notarial deed, and received a letter of delegation in the name of B, Plaintiff, C (Evidence No. 4; hereinafter “the letter of delegation”) and a certificate of seal impression, and signed a notarial deed on July 5, 2007 with the following contents written as the agent E of obligee A capital, obligor B, and joint and several sureties, obligee and C, joint and several sureties, obligor, and joint and several sureties, respectively.

On June 22, 2007, the obligor offered to perform the obligation of KRW 298,500,000 by the installment financing agreement and accepted the same as the following provisions:

Article 2 (Method of Performance) The obligor shall pay to the obligee the money of Article 1 as follows:

From August 20, 2007 to June 20, 2010, each 8,291,650 won each time on the 20th day of 20th day of each month, and each 8,291,650 won each time on July 20, 2007, and each 8,292,250 won (joint guarantee) guarantee the debtor's obligation under this contract and jointly and severally with the debtor.
