1. On May 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on May 13, 2013, the Defendant: (b) reported that the corridor windows were not locked before the house of the victim C, 13 dong-gu, Macheon-gu, Macheon-si, and entered the victim’s house; (c) opened a sloping window and entered into the victim’s house; and (d) cut two gold bars at the household, the market price of which is 2 million won owned by the victim, at a small room.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On June 24, 2013, around 16:55, the Defendant violated the victim E’s residence on June 24, 2013, by reporting the absence of a crime prevention window and entering the victim’s house through the window.

3. The Defendant: (a) around 17:00 on June 24, 2013, at around 17:17:00, was in front of the Victim G’s house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu H building No. 8th 103, the Defendant confirmed that the windows are not locked; (b) opened a door door and entered the victim’s house by breaking the gas pipe on the ground of force; and (c) put into the victim’s house, 30,000 won of the victim’s ownership on the part of the head of the living room, and putting them into the victim’s house; and (d) put them into the victim’s market price on the part of the victim’s ownership in the place.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

4. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant sent a false statement to the CPU (i53570), stating that “The victim I will sell the CPU (i53570) to the victim by telephone.” The Defendant sent a false statement to the CPU (i53570) that “The victim will sell the CPU to KRW 200,000,000.”

However, even if the victim receives the CPU payment, there was no intention or ability to deliver the goods or return the money received from the goods.
