A. On July 29, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant, stipulating that the transmission line construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) from among the construction works for the Haak-gu Haak-Haak-Jak Pak Pak Pak-gu Haak Pak Pak-gu Haak Pak Pak-gu, 1,424,50,000 won for the construction cost (including value-added tax) and that the construction period from July 22, 2009 to May 31, 2010 to be awarded a subcontract for the construction work (hereinafter “instant construction contract”).

(B) On September 16, 2010, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the contract modification agreement was made between July 22, 2009 and January 31, 2013.

The Plaintiff suspended the instant construction work from September 2009 to April 201, while continuing the instant construction work from around September 201.

2. The parties' assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) concluded the instant construction contract with the Defendant on July 29, 2009 and carried out the instant construction work. The Defendant did not timely pay the Plaintiff the cost of the instant construction work.
