(2) The legal provisions of Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act apply to the case where the defendant submitted a written objection that does not have any content of denying or denying the plaintiff's claim after being served with the original copy of the payment order in this case, and the subsequent written response was not present at the date of pleading. Thus, the defendant in this case shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's claim in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
