1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 101,972,602 and KRW 100,000 among them, from January 30, 2014 to September 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(1) The Plaintiff, at the date of pleading, has reduced the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the last delivery of the copy of the complaint to the day of pleading.
