A. The Plaintiff is a public corporation established under the Public Officials Pension Act to contribute to the stabilization of the livelihood and the enhancement of the welfare of public officials and their bereaved family members by providing adequate benefits for the retirement, death, etc. of public officials.

B. The store for street maintenance goods located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul, has been in custody of street occupation and use shops removed from the business of maintaining a street environment in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. The store for goods was found in order to recover the goods that had been placed in the store around April 3, 2013, around 14:30.

C. Two bags, B, etc., are loaded on the domestic waste container boxes (hereinafter “containers”) in the above goods storage place, and there was a need to use the said bags to move the said two boxes to the ground in order to recover goods located therein. Accordingly, the Defendant, a driver of the said shop, arrived at the storage place of the said goods around April 3, 2013.

The Defendant: (a) laid off the above two-lanes on the ground; and (b) performed an operation to place the goods on the container as originally intended when the goods in the pertinent bags were recovered (hereinafter “instant work”); and (c) a public official D belonging to the Seoul Jung-gu Office, a public official of the said goods storage office, assigned to C, managed the instant work process, such as designating the above price set to the Defendant.

E. However, on April 3, 2013, around 15:30 on April 3, 2013, there was an accident of falling down to D’s back head and neck part of D, which were adjacent to the container (hereinafter “instant accident”).

Of documents sent by the head of the Gu in Seoul on December 15, 2015 to this court on December 15, 2015, the documents refer to 9 pages (HH) and 10 pages (HH), 26 pages (Field photographs), and 36 pages (Shot photographs). D refers to the multiple dives of Nos. 4, 5 in the Gyeong (HH) due to the instant accident.
