On September 8, 2009, the Defendant received juvenile protective disposition as a special larceny at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, from the Incheon District Court Branch Branch on October 23, 2009, by larceny, etc., from the Incheon District Court Branch on October 23, 2009, from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Branch on October 22, 2010, from the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, such juvenile protective disposition as night building intrusion and larceny, etc. on October 22, 2010. On September 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,00,000 as a larceny.

In addition, on November 29, 2012, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the subsidiary branch of the Incheon District Court, and was provisionally released on February 28, 2014 and passed on March 29, 2014 during the execution of the sentence.

1. Around July 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim D on the sixth floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu Seoul Building on the following: (b) “EPC bank” operated by the victim D (hereinafter “EPC bank”); (c) cash amounting to KRW 700,000, cash amounting to KRW 800,000, cash amounting to KRW 5,000, cash amounting to KRW 15,00,000, cash amounting to KRW 700,000, cash amounting to the victim in the Kabter cash storage room; (d) one resident registration certificate; and (e) one female wall amounting to KRW 5,00,000, market value at the market value of the victim on the Kabter’s floor.

In addition, the Defendant committed an attempted theft of money and valuables equivalent to KRW 2,746,50,00 in total, from the same day to August 18, 2014, both from the same day as indicated in the list of crimes committed by the Defendant, by means of the aforementioned methods, and attempted to steal or steal money and valuables.

2. On July 28, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, under “I Et” operated by the victim H located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen F F’s foreign exchange credit card, and the Defendant presented the said card to the victim, and its affiliation is the amount of KRW 2,700,000, market price of which is equivalent to that of the victim.
