1. The defendant is the money stated in the "amount requested" column in the attached Table to the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointor and the defendant.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff(s) and the designated parties indicated the claim were employed by the defendant and provided labor, and they were not paid part of the wages even though 14 days have passed after their retirement.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff (appointed party) and the appointed party the overdue wages and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
